We also use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the product is used.

We use your data to provide and secure the platform, deliver training and quiz functionality, generate progress and readiness reporting for your organisation, provide customer support, meet legal obligations, and send service updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with infrastructure and analytics providers that help us operate Flexlore, with AI processing services used to generate work instructions and quizzes, and with authorities where disclosure is legally required. All providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and workspace permissions are controlled by your own administrators. We monitor our systems and review our security practices regularly.

Depending on your location, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your data. Employees should contact their organisation first, as it acts as the controller of workspace training data.

We retain workspace content for as long as your organisation maintains an active subscription, and afterwards only as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. Account data is deleted or anonymised once retention periods expire.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or legal changes. The latest version is always available on this page, and material changes will be announced in the platform or by email.
